Folks wonder why I don't use LinkedIn that often. The amount of misinformation and knowledge sharing is breathtaking over there. It's supposed to be intellectual. Mostly it's clickbait and shrilling. This morning made me laugh at the peak ridiculousness. Apparently, Netflix raised only $2.5m for the first XX years of its operating life, whilst @irokotv burned through $13m or so. Except its easy to find out that Netflix raised $400m in the first X years before it IPO's in 2002 with 600k subscribers (raising $82.5m). So closer to $500m in that first X years.
