I love how everytime someone say something about kisekoi, it ended up having full hate from a certain community 

So yes, this series is a seinen. But like the editors of the series says, the Author Fukuda Sensei created her story a day both men and women could love the story thanks to the very supportive characters. 

That’s the reason why right now the series fans are almost half men half women
