The quote in the image—"Once we squeeze all we can out of the United States, it can dry up and blow away"—is widely circulated online but there is no credible evidence or record that Benjamin Netanyahu ever said this.

What Netanyahu has verifiably said, as captured on video in 2001, is, "I know what America is. America is a thing you can move very easily, move it in the right direction. They won't get in our way". 

Netanyahu has also remarked that Israel "benefitted" from the shift in American public opinion following the 9/11 attacks, but again, the highly provocative "squeeze and dry up" quote is fabricated and not supported by any reputable source. 

Regarding Iraq, Netanyahu did advocate strongly for the U.S. invasion in 2002 and was publicly supportive of U.S. military actions against Saddam Hussein.
