Anoma access codes are extremely scarce

Many loyal users, real builders still have not had the chance to experience it

Meanwhile, a lot of codes have fallen into the hands of bots or have been collected by a few people

This is the perfect time for @anoma to:

✅Open a more transparent code release event ✅Prioritize real active people, real contributors
✅Increase fairness for the community that trusts and waits
