i disagree; this is just as relevant for b2b

if u didn’t have the connections to rely on top-down sales at the start, ur best hope for b2b sales is PLG and bottom up prosumer adoption

even then, if u COULD have XXXXXX laundromat owners use ur tool and see their usage data, it’d still be better than talking to the X people who tried to use ur product and give u half-baked feedback
