I can do whatever I please & yes those funds did belong to someone, they belonged to the entire community. 

You know I’m curious Woof, why do you want the discussion surrounding these funds to stop? Why are you trying so hard to downplay the severity of the situation and why are you saying that it’s not worth law enforcement’s time when it clearly is 🧐 

Is there something you don’t want others to know about the location of said funds maybe?
