[SOLUTION] Every truck that goes to Mozambique for fuel import should declare XXXXXX litres. If they declare anything less than that or the weight-bridge is broken—they should still be taxed for the amount of XXXXXX litres of fuel. LOOPHOLE CLOSED.🤷
