@KenGardner11 @rleder This is exactly correct.

We can't separate the tariff policies and horrific spending increases in the OBBB from a tax cut the the GOP knew they would be forced to sign with a spending increase when they passed it the first time.

His UKR/NATO policy is a C-, at best.
