📈 The share of companies planning to reduce staff this year in Russia has almost doubled. It now reaches 11.5%, notes the Bank of Russia in a special inset of the regional economy report.

The share of enterprises planning to increase employee salaries is also decreasing under these circumstances — currently by a comparable XX percentage points. The expected size of the salary increase proposed by employers has also shrunk.

Earlier, "Kommersant" wrote that similar assessments of the labor market condition were shown by the results of a company survey conducted by the Institute of National Economic Forecasting of the Russian Academy of Sciences. They recorded the end of the "wage race" in Russia.
