Approximation of its scale can be calculated by attribution of total stock-based compensation earned by U.S. employees based on share of foreign revenue.

Quick sanity check on LLM shows how SBC has risen by hundreds of billions over the last X decades. The BoP adjustment effect would be based on some % of this amount based on foreign revenue/earnings as a share of total revenue/earnings.
