Testnets should be open to all.

There shouldn't be any invite codes just to access a testnet.

The whole point of a testnet is to test the protocol before mainnet get feedback, fix bugs, and improve.

But now some protocols are making testnets private, while their mainnet is public.

What kind of logic is that?
