Another monster who will likely plead.

But this case only concerns his despicable sexual abuse of Madeline Soto (from before the age of 12YO).

He isn't facing the death penalty for this abuse, even though he could have in Florida. He is facing the death penalty for killing Madeline. That is a separate case. 

Madeline's "mom," Jennifer Soto, was complicit in the abuse from the available evidence IMV, but I believe she was not charged because the prosecution needs her testimony for the murder case (See below). 

I sure hope these prosecutors don't make another deal with a devil to save him. 

Another case where the death penalty fits the crime.
