@BTC_for_Freedom @THEPAGANWOLF Same thing applies to newer solutions like ckBTC on ICP, except in this case, the smart contract (icp calls them "canisters") holds the wallets containing the addresses and issues XXX% backed bitcoins without middlemen, bitcoiners would only have to trust the ICP blockchain.
