This is the DOJ OIG report on the shenanigans Comey engaged in when he gave X of the X FBI memos he took with him to his good friend, Professor Richman. 

So Richman could leak them for him to the NYT's. 

Unfortunately for Comey FOUR of the X memos he took contained classified information.  

Which means even if you assume the X memos Comey didn't give Richman were the X unclassified ones...

at least ONE OF THE X MEMOS Richman was given contained classified material. 

And Richman had no security clearance.
