Could VELO be used as Thailand's digital currency (to allow the IMF to hold)? 

Or, would BOT issue their own digital baht (like a stablecoin), but it runs on the VELO Protocol rails (using VELO in the background)? Talks about phase X of the 10k Thai baht sounds like it could be a digital credit tied to the baht (stablecoin)?
