It’s kinda long so I’ll dumb it down. It led me down wanting to live a healthier lifestyle. Eating healthier, less alcohol etc. 

working out and getting sun aka touching grass lol. 

Which then lead into mental health and being peaceful instead of anxious 

Which lead me closer to god and spirituality 🙏
