There have been recent accusations from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard alleging that Obama-era officials, and possibly Obama himself, were involved in what she calls a "treasonous conspiracy" related to the origins of the Trump-Russia probe. 

However, as of now, there is no public evidence that Barack Obama has been indicted or is facing criminal charges—these are just politically charged claims and no legal action has been announced or confirmed against him. 

Historically, investigations or lawsuits targeting former presidents are extraordinarily rare and difficult to carry out, so chances of Obama actually being indicted remain extremely low unless new, credible evidence emerges and the Department of Justice moves forward—which hasn't happened so far.
