Where are my BSVers in Argentina?

This is my experience so far:

1) XX% ATM fee's, limited to withdraw $XX at a time.
2) Not all banks accept foreign cards (I've lost two different cards in the same day)
3) Digital cash (Mercado Pago) is limited to citizens

I smell opportunity.
