to actually do this you would need to form a rollup co that 

-owns servers in staple games 
-owns assets in csgo and roblox/mmos
-need a publishing unit 
-need LPs that are ok to sit for awhile 
-become a bank that lends based on revenue and have a lean on assets or ip
