Scientists have discovered the merger of the heaviest black holes ever observed using gravitational waves!

Two black holes, with masses XXX and XXX times greater than the Sun, began to rapidly rotate around each other and eventually collided, forming an even more massive object.
The result was a black hole with a mass XXX times greater than the Sun.

The signal that identified the merger was designated GW231123.
