The right time, I guess, was when the Trump relationship to the Epstein Files became a very hot and uncomfortable topic and there was a sense of urgency to change the subject immediately. 

Trump was already president for four years, as you might recall. He did nothing about it. Until now. I wonder why.

Expect a Grand Jury to laugh at this.
