At what point does this become level 3? Meaning in certain conditions we don't need to pay attention. 

I'm also wondering what specifically we'll see improved with this update as 13.2.9 is already so good. Definitely emergency vehicles handled well, maybe school buses (altho it's summer so robotaxi doesn't have to do that yet), better backup ability in different situations. 

Anything else you can think of?
