US Investors need to become aware that .01% of REEs are REFINED in the US each year. They're XX years behind China in REFINING TECH and scaling said tech, and Chinas not sharing that tech. Processing is getting it out of the ore. Thats not refining. Every AI I've consulted with indicated that it'll be at least a decade before the US is able to refine any useable amount for their needs. Yet the investment continues to pour in.
