@LiberteeUSA @DineshDSouza Normal practice is to keep info on ongoing cases or appeals confidential until after they or associated cases are resolved—to avoid corrupting the jury pool, etc. Same reason officials don’t make prejudicial statements.

But we all know Trump doesn’t care about such niceties.
