So with that in mind…was The SEC waiting for the price of XRP to rise? Were all these delays based on the stagnant XRP price? I think so The democrats delayed the BBB which delayed the genius act. Now that the genius act is law…it gives companies such as BlackRock the legal foundation to “apply” for a Spot ETF. Remember what I said…BlackRock goes first hence the ETF delays from X weeks ago. This is my theory… 1) BlackRock Spot ETF gets announced this week 2) Price shoots up to $5-$10 (or more) 3) SEC pulls the appeal 4) Ripple pays the fine 5) You are XRP Rich How does that sound?! 🙌🙌🙌 This is just my thought and may or may not happen.
