So to break this down. 
Trump is unfortunately, quietly, preparing the landscape for a Central Bank Digital Currency.
Now, were Conservatives to remain in Govt you could argue that it "may" be handled lawfully.
However, were a Democrat Crime Syndicate Govt to emerge then they could lawfully impoverish by shutting down your ability to access your OWN funds, anyone that disagreed with them.
MTG has always been loyal to Trump, so the fact that she has heartfelt concerns about this is HIGHLY concerning.
We must not simply listen to what leaders say more focus on what they DO. This is not the Conservative way. This is legalised BLACKMAIL. Agree with Govt OR ELSE.
