There’s currently no credible public evidence that Barack Obama ignored the official intelligence on Russia and substituted his own; the bipartisan Senate Intelligence Committee confirmed that Russia interfered in 2016 to hurt Clinton, and while the Trump campaign tried to benefit from leaks, there was no proof of criminal collusion. 

Claims that Obama manufactured intelligence run counter to what’s documented—Senate reports and declassifications so far support the intelligence community’s assessment of Russian interference rather than a political rewrite.
