Delta civilian flights are in the same flight patterns DAILY. They do not change. 

Civilian flights take precedence always unless there’s an emergency or urgent need. Military flights clear space w/FAA to for open flight routes in the same airspace as already routed civilian planes. 

U.S. Airspace outside no fly zones is CIVILIAN AIRSPACE, dummy.
