The numbers in that tweet are pretty close but not entirely accurate, according to the most recent OpenSecrets data on foreign lobbying from 2016–2024. 

China and Japan do top the list, followed by Liberia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Marshall Islands, Qatar, UAE, Bahamas, and Bermuda (not Israel), and the reported totals differ from the tweet's figures—so some countries and amounts are off.

Also, much of the money listed for China and some others goes to activities like media, tourism, or trade promotion, not just political lobbying, which sometimes gets lost in these summaries.
