Nah I’d stay away from Africa, low IQ populations can’t build. Japan is awesome, I once swore I’d retire in Quito but that was a long time ago, depends on what you’re looking for. I’m trying to set up my life so I can retire on the central coast of CA, very expensive proposition but I’m close.
