This is exactly why Trump’s border security overhaul was necessary. Biden’s catch-and-release disaster allowed this violent criminal to roam free after multiple deportations and felony charges. The Laken Riley Act’s mandatory detention provisions would’ve kept this suspect off our streets, but Democrats blocked it to protect their open borders agenda.

ICE needs full authority to deport criminal illegals immediately, not release them to attack our law enforcement. Every blue-city politician enabling this chaos through sanctuary policies shares blame.

Secure the border, enforce existing laws, and end the reckless endangerment of Americans.
