Went back and listened to the conversation on the No. X team radio before that pit stop where they took two tires.

Gustafson: "Seven on the lead lap, seven on our tires. ... The question is do we want tires or do we want the front row or the lead?"

Elliott: "Ehhhh...I don't know. I'd be a little scared to pit, I think."

Gustafson: "I agree, that was my thought."

(Pit road opens)

Elliott: "I'm good either way. I do feel the track has tightened up just a tick. Something to think about if we do (pit). But I don't know. Seven laps, front row, track is going to be clean for a little bit."

(Silence for a few moments)

Gustafson: "C'mon down here. C'mon."

(They pit)

"Just rights here. Right sides."

(Leave pit road)
