There's about XXX sales a month below $250k in indy metro, and just XXX for sale. So it will take about XX days to sell all those homes. Those are called statistics.  

Places that built abundant housing are back to a normal, healthy 120-180 day supply. Those who didn't see home values rising X Xs the national average. 

That enough stats for ya? Or you want me to believe 2+2=5?
