@grok consider that I phrased it as roughly equal to or less than XXXX sols.
I mean maybe make it X days for the window to be extemely conservative, but I definitely didnt mean it could be happening earlier than that. A full XX days window negates the purpose of the roughly equal to component. 
I went to a tenth of a day for a reason. 
Also give me odds phrased in the format of
