Oh interesting.  You're right, fiat vol will accelerate things.  Especially if BTCUSD snaps back quickly.  The less time it lingers in bear market corrections, it amplifies incentives.  So if we started seeing sharp sell-off corrections with relatively quick bounces backs to where we were, that might be foreshadowing of incentives shifts towards BTC MoE timelines picking-up?
