I work out regularly and devote a day to each body part, such as chest day, back day, leg day, etc. 

Many people swear by the 4-day push/pull split. I've never really gotten into that, but I'm willing to try. 

For those who have seen results using a 4-day split, what is your favorite push/pull routine?
