Old technology stats will mislead you.

Waymo chose LiDAR because the computer wasn’t fast enough to do the job. That was decided on in mid 2000’s.

Since then compute has gotten a lot faster.

And those in robotics understand this and don’t get mislead by data from old software that has DRAMATICALLY improved this year alone.

This isn’t my first rodeo. Told Bill Gates to buy all of Web XXX. He said I don’t have any business value.

This is why I am an asshole to you.

A are justifying your world view with old data like Bill did.

The world has changed. And is changing very quickly.

Why do you think Mercedes decided against LiDAR? They aren’t stupid.
