What the hell is pension?
pension (n.)
A regular payment made to an individual, typically after retirement, to provide income support, usually funded by contributions from an employer, government, or private pension plan during the individual's working years.
A financial arrangement designed to ensure economic stability in later life, often calculated based on years of service, salary, or contribution levels.
