A generation that is woke but still asleep. It's hard to believe that some people think about her being out of breath during sex rather than hoping she gets better. It's so insensitive to refer to her as "Nepo" or "Lapo." 

No one seems to realize that while she struggles to breathe with the help of oxygen, they are able to breathe freely to say such hurtful things, and that should be questioned.
