@babilegz @spellabee @noahwolfe38 @AlastairMcA30 @rastelter3 ... wow. the composition of Sucrose and HFCS-55 is negligibly different. Fructose is the concern. There is not a meaningful metabolic difference between 28g of fructose (HFCS) and 26g of fructose (sucrose). Cutting total sugar entirely should be the push.
