Why do people invest in Real Estate in the first place? Primarily to escape their FIAT currency from losing money and perhaps make a return too.

Bitcoin strips away the need to do that, it's a far better asset for a multitude of reasons. Therefore, the monetary premium from housing will flow into Bitcoin, thus making housing affordable once again.
