By GTM, I mean going directly to founders. I know they are doing this to an extent, but making a few BD hires and sending them out there would do wonders.

Right now we have like Telecoms companies from Belarus or something launching.

Narrow down the TAM, spend a lot of time on the top 1000 companies you come across, don’t settle for the shit.

All you need is one or two success stories.
