XX active proposals for treasury withdrawal. Here are a few of the ones i voted for and why. I don't have much voting power but i do like to think every vote matters even if just for data and participation metrics. I've also updated my profile in the directory to show more information and populate in the central DRep directory. And also plan to be a lot more active! Should just need to search 'cash' Ok jumping into it... X. CBDAO - I think this one is obvious. My company Anvil is part of it. Basic funding mechanism for a lot of the top builders in the space. Common, repeated theme is "no hand-outs" that means you have to earn your seat at the table and continue to do so. It is packed with amazing teams and the budget aligns with the funding goals. They will always work towards optimizations of process and making sure CBDAO has a long standing in the Cardano community. All extra unbudgeted ada returned to treasury. No brainer. X. Eternl Wallet - Eternl is a tool i use daily. This to me has more impact than anything. I can say that about very few applications on Cardano. Normally i would say something like this should be funded through Catalyst but there's really not a "maintenance" category, so i am fine with it coming direct from the treasury. Trusted team, proven, and just delivered their v2 not too long ago. X. MLabs proposals - Voted yes for these. Very minimal treasury impact. Trusted team. Core development and research. X. Midgard - Shoe in for me, the Midgard team hosts some of the top talent on Cardano. Ask seems within reason based on outputs. I trust this team to deliver on this one. X. I/O Engineering Core Development - We have been reviewing and openly discussing this proposal for a few months now. I think the IO team did a good job reinforcing the importance of this proposal for a while. Let's get shipping. X. Catalyst - Do i need to explain? Some of these treasury withdrawals belong in catalyst anyway. X. IOR Proposal - Along with the core proposal, i still think we could use more favorable rates when it comes to FTEs. That said, i have been around this proposal since it was first submitted to the product committee. I think the team did a good job of listening to feedback and this is an important part of long term development. I voted yes. X. Cardano Summit - I actually like that this one bundles a lot of different teams, who i personally think have quality experience in doing this. I went to the event last year, and it was awesome. I'm hoping to see this event stick around as i think it's important to have a 'Cardano Only" event that showcases our top teams and accomplishments of the year. X. BloxBean Javas tools maintenance and enhancement - Low treasury impact but i still believe that this belongs more in Catalyst or bundled along with another proposal. I voted yes due to the minimal impact on the treasury, while also providing good value in the sense of money spent per FTE. XX. Hardware Wallet Maintenance - Critical Infrastructure, would like to see a better breakdown of funding but all in all it's a pretty straightforward initiative. XX. Intersect - I believe Intersect is the MBO of all MBOs, this will be the future coordination layer for all kinds of smaller DAOs and MBOs. As a participant in the Product Committee i have seen the innerworkings, social aspects, learning, performance, willingness to listen, and improvement over the last year. I am excited to see what they can do. Voted YES for a lot of others - tried to leave rationale on all. If you saw i voted no on one of your proposals feel free to DM. This took me a lot longer than i thought it would lol but i guess that's the price of falling behind as a DRep. You have to explain your choices at one point and actually put in the work to understand every proposal you are voting on. Still have a handful of proposals i want to dive deeper into before voting. It's still a little weird for me to see these all pegged at $.50 but after the last ada drop i get it. Hope to see a bit more competitiveness for USD rates in the next withdrawals. Also, there is seemingly an issue with i could only see one proposal at a time. I was able to finish up all the proposals through tempo, slow loader but it has imo much more relevant info to voting. I especially like seeing the top DRep votes and that you can auto host your rationale. To wrap it up - good luck to all the honest teams out there, kicking ass to make cardano a better ecosystem. Ran by a few proposals i for sure need to understand better. Vote wisely, and make sure you are delegated to an active DRep, or push yours to go vote!!!
