@Chunkamunga242 @adriaticintexas Typically it doesn’t make sense to let apts sit. You either sell them or rent them, & these owners are losing $ on them everyday. But it costs money to renovate & update to new codes & there are more expenses to offering apts for rent than letting them sit. So they sit.
