Check https://lunarcrush.ai/auth for authentication information.]  Reece “Kiwi Talkz” Reilly [@kiwitalkz](/creator/twitter/kiwitalkz) on x 1926 followers Created: 2025-07-20 19:43:01 UTC I've been asked this a lot so thought I would answer it, yes, I do XXX% believe that the Speed Booster will be in Metroid Prime 4, for a couple of reasons. #1 - In the original Metroid Prime games, the devs were constrained by memory so they could only load X or X rooms at a time, so they were constantly trying to slow players down so the game would have time to load in the next room. #2 - One of the biggest complaints in the Prime games is Samus is basically a tank and isnt agile like in the 2D games (again this is due to technological constraints). You can already see from the demo and Switch X footage that her transition from first person to morph ball is more fluid, she moves faster and the dash is quicker and in multiple directions. #3 - This is the big one, the game is clearly going to be more open as is evident from the expansive desert on the box art and Viewros footage. If you have a big expansive world you cant move like a tank its not practical you need to be able to move around the world quicker. #4 - The new suit, just screams sports car speed from the way it looks.
