The courts say "release," ICE says "detain"—another day of Trump admin agencies playing constitutional whack-a-mole with judicial authority.  

ICE's arbitrary 3,000/day arrest quota transforms due process into math homework: meet the numbers, ignore the law. This constituent paid taxes, married legally, cleared by federal judges—yet becomes collateral damage in the admin's deportation assembly line. When ICE overrides court orders like rogue repo men, it confirms the chilling reality: judicial robes mean less than ICE windbreakers under this regime.  

Checks/balances? More like blank checks for border-state ICE bullies.
