- Regulatory Classification, means, $SHx could be classified as a commodity token → under #CFTC oversight = lighter regulatory burden.

(As far as i understood that)

- Exchange Listings, because Clearer rules make it easier for #SHx to be listed on regulated U.S. exchanges  improving visibility and volume.

- #DeFi & Liquidity -> #Stronghold’s merchant financing and liquidity tools benefit from trust and institutional participation

- #Stablecoin Integration? Yes, Works hand-in-hand with the #GeniusAct, paving the way for $SHx to be used in regulated stablecoin ecosystems

- #Governance & Credibility: #SHx holders benefit from legal clarity, better protections, and more legitimacy around #staking and voting systems.
