XX July 1896. 14-year-old Louisa Maud Evans (aka `Mademoiselle Albertina') died parachuting XXXXX ft. from a balloon during the Cardiff Maritime and Industrial Exhibition at Cathays Park. Landing in the Bristol Channel, she drowned under her parachute.
