Though EVM L2 price charts look distressed, coming off an intense market correction and a wave of anti-Ethereum narrative, the future is bright.

The stablecoin bill is signed and institutions are officially in R&D. They are in the market for scalability, app chains, privacy, and interoperability. 

The L2 world, which is evolving toward a ZK “endgame”, is the best blockchain horizontal scalability; the most adopted app chain framework; the most privacy enabled; and, soon, the most interoperated with some network effect.
