Exactly. The old model assumes everyone’s endgame is fiat, it’s linear and transactional.

The new model recognizes identity, meaning, and belonging as compounding forces.

When they talk about a project with such conviction like it’s their hometown, they’re no longer holding a token. They’re holding a symbol of belief.
